Who we are

PhasisAI ("we") operates this website and is the controller of your personal data. Questions: phasisinfo@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you send a form (contact, demo, pricing, download): your name, email and, if you provide them, company, phone and message.

Visit statistics (our own system, no third parties): the pages you view, the site you came from, language, and device and browser type. Your IP address is kept for 30 days for security (investigating attacks and abuse) and then erased automatically; statistics without IP addresses are kept for at most 13 months.

With form submissions we store only a keyed one-way fingerprint of your IP address, never the address itself, to detect spam.

The site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising or third-party services. Your browser only remembers your theme choice (light/dark).

Why we use it

To answer your request: a demo, a quote, help with installation. We send news only with your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for at most 2 years and then deleted automatically. You can ask for earlier deletion.

Who receives it

We never sell data. Only PhasisAI staff who need it for their work can access it, plus our hosting and email providers under contract.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing. Write to phasisinfo@gmail.com. We reply within the legal time limit.

Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the admin panel is restricted and every action is audited.
